The contents of your box is going to be a surprise. That’s half the fun! Each box has a theme related to the wedding panning process with its contents specially customized for each bride depending upon their special wedding date. The types of items, or “Tulles”, we include will vary but will typically be related to celebrating you as the bride, items to make the planning process more manageable and enjoyable, or items to help you make decisions. Each box will also always include advice from industry experts and/or actual brides who have been through the wedding planning process before including savings tips and key consideration factors to help you make those tough decision.
A Tulle La La subscription consist of 8, 6, or 4 total Tulle boxes, each with a unique wedding planning theme. Each month your Tulle box filled with 4-6 fun bridal Tulles (gifts) and helpful advice will arrive at your doorstep to guide you through the particular deconstructed wedding planning theme.
If you sign up by the 10th of the month your first box will arrive in the current month. Each month your Tulle box will ship around the 15th of the month and typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Once your box is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your package! Please keep in mind, once your special tulle boxes leave our facilities we are at the mercy of the USPS for a safe and speedy delivery.
Tulle La La currently offers 3 subscription options which allows us to be a great fit for any bride who desires an enchanting wedding planning journey! Each option is specially customized to match the bride’s wedding date; Option 1- “The Royal”, our 8 month subscription, for engaged brides who are able to enjoy the complete journey with Tulle La La; Option 2- “The Chapel”, our 6 month subscription, for a bride who already has a head start on some of their early stage wedding planning; and Option 3-”The Waltz”, for brides with only a short amount of time until their wedding day, or the bride who wants the experience with Tulle La La, but in a modified and shortened fashion.
Upon sign up you will be billed for your first month’s subscription box. After your first box has shipped, you’ll start with our regular billing and shipping cycle. Your reoccurring payment will be invoiced on the date of your sign up. Billing up front enables our team to make plans with high quality partners to create future Tulle Boxes at a reasonable price. We work with our partners to make special products just for our brides, and having a solid estimate of the aggregate number of subscriptions helps us to bring great Tulles to you! All 4, 6, and 8 month subscriptions are automatically ended at the end of the box term. Monthly boxes automatically renew until you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
You can make changes to your billing and shipping information by e-mailing us at: email@example.com Please complete any address changes before the 1st of the month. If you miss the deadline, then there is a risk that your Tulle box may go to the previous address we had on file for you. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your address is current and that you are able to receive packages which do not require a signature.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time during the subscription period by sending us an email at email@example.com with your request, however while you can cancel your subscription, please keep in mind that subscriptions are prepaid until the month indicated on your account and are nonrefundable. Please note, To be fair to all subscribers, if you are a Royal, Chapel, or Waltz subscriber and you wish to cancel before the end of your 8, 6, or 4 month term, your final payment will reflect a reversal of the monthly discount you received in selecting a longer term subscription.
